Complete abstinence from all alcohol and drugs for a minimum of 7-10 days prior to admission.

Must complete a 7 to 10 day detox, depending on substance abuse (meth, cocaine, crack cocaine).

Must bring proof of detox (letter of completion from detox centre)

Must bring a complete medical examination certificate and pre-admission form.

Must be free for all outside appointments (legal, Medical, etc.)

Transportation must be provided

Minimum age of 18 years

Drug test upon arrival

Medication Restrictions - Medication that contains Opiates, Nerve & Sleeping Medications, CNS Stimulants, Muscle Relaxants, OTC medications containing alcohol, caffeine, codeine, diphenhydramine or antihistamines, Miscellaneous - Diet Supplements, Herbal Supplements (St. John's Wort, Raspberry Keytones), Steroids, Gabapentin.
